Cameroon Commelinaceae Project

This project involved sorting specimens, creating labels in a database, mounting labels and specimens, barcoding specimens, and putting barcoded specimens into the database. It also included the opportunity to observe the anatomy of Commelinaceae specimens through SEM and the process obtaining, preserving, staining, and examining process of chromosomes at root tips
