A total of 30 students were selected to participate in the 1989 session of the Research Training Program, including 21 in the summer session, 2 selected for field research in Wyoming, and 7 for non-summer sessions.

Applicant Pool

1,101 recruitment posters were distributed, mainly to US Colleges and Universities

Over 750 information requests were recorded.
