This project consisted of preparing as many sets (as completely as possible) of bamboo parts from the specimens cut off cultivated plants by Dr. F.A. McClure. These cuttings were taken in the early 1960s and were to be dispatched to herbaria worldwide.

This research was supported by a grant from the Educational Outreach Fund.
