Leguminosae Curation

The Curation of Legumes project involved filing away legumes returned from loans. It also involved checking the names and geographical locations of those legumes that had been returned with improperly filled out labels or, in some cases, no labels at all. The second part of the project was to go through the legume collection and split large folders into smaller ones, thus making the collection easier for someone to handle and study. The final section was to take the segregate genera of Acadia and file them all under Acacia because of changes made in the nomenclature. This was also done for the segregate genera of Pithecellobium and Piptadenia.
