With advances in on-line technologies, recording information requests has been discontinued. There is no longer a way to easily measure the number of information requests received for a particular RTP year so this statistic is being discontinued, effective 2002. Previous counts were obtained using the number of printed application packets distributed, based on the number printed compared to the number remaining after the application deadline. In the current on-line environment, and with the majority of requests received via e-mail and directed to the web site rather than a paper document mailed, there is no reliable counting mechanism in place.

+ As the result of a catastrophic web server crash 9 February 2005 resulting in the irretrievable loss of all applicant and review data the decision was made to cancel the 2005 program.
