RTP Advisor List - 2007

More than 100 scientists from throughout the NMNH community are eligible to serve as research advisors to students participating in the Research Training Program but due to active research schedules availability varies from year to year and changes frequently.

To aid students in identifying a project advisor, lists are divided according to NMNH scientific discipline and those advisors currently listed as available are recorded in each section.

There are currently - - 23 - - advisors available
for the upcoming session of the RTP.

There are currently no advisors available.

NOTE: We have received many inquiries from students seeking to apply to the RTP in the anthropological sciences. We realize that we are nearing the application deadline and there are still no advisors currently listed. However, we anticipate at least two student to be placed through the RTP in Anthropology. Advisor availability changes regularly and it’s almost impossible to predict how things will end up so we aren't sure which of the anthropology sub-disciplines will be available. Our best advise is if you're interested in joining us this summer, to go ahead and submit an application, but also to consider placement in other projects as well as applying to other programs.
